Essential Services (Fixed Pricing)

1. Initial Consultation

 Price: Free

• A 30-minute session to discuss your specific sourcing needs and business goals.

• An analysis of your product requirements and any challenges you’re facing.

• A tailored action plan outlining how our services can address your needs and maximize your results.

2. China Sourcing & Supplier Verification

 Price: $1,200 each category of product (one-off)

 What’s Included:

• Comprehensive research to identify reliable suppliers that meet your product specifications and quality standards.

• Detailed background checks on potential suppliers, including business licenses, reputation, and production capabilities.

• A curated shortlist of verified suppliers with initial quotes and supplier profiles for your review.

• Recommendations and insights to help you select the best supplier.

3. Contract Drafting

 Price: $ 980 with each supplier (one-off)

 What’s Included:

• Drafting legally sound contracts that cover key terms such as pricing, payment schedules, delivery timelines, and quality assurance measures.

• Incorporation of penalty clauses for non-compliance or delays to protect your interests.

• Collaboration with legal experts to ensure contracts meet local and international legal standards.

4. Legal Support

 Price: $160/hour

• Expert legal advice on resolving disputes with suppliers and understanding complex contract terms.

• Comprehensive review of contracts to ensure compliance with Chinese and international trade laws.

5. Trademark & Patent Protection

• Price: $140/hour

• Assistance with the registration of trademarks and patents to safeguard your intellectual property.

• Management of the application process, including documentation and liaising with relevant authorities.

6. On-Site Inspection

• Price: $ 1,380 per inspection

• What’s Included:

• Comprehensive on-site quality inspections at your supplier’s factory to verify that products meet your specifications.

• Inspection reports with photos and detailed findings on product quality, packaging, and compliance.

• Recommendations for corrective actions if any issues are identified during the inspection.

7. Supplier Visit & Business Travel Package

 Price: $780/day

 What’s Included:

• Coordination of your entire business trip, including airport pickup and hotel arrangements.

• Chauffeur service for transportation between suppliers and your accommodations.

• Translation services and on-site support for effective communication during supplier meetings.

• Assistance with supplier negotiations and guidance on securing favorable terms.

• Personalized advice on cultural etiquette and best practices for doing business in China.

8. Logistics & Shipping Coordination

 Price: $1,200

 What’s Included:

• End-to-end management of logistics, including booking shipments and coordinating with freight forwarders.

• Handling customs documentation and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

• Real-time tracking of your shipment and proactive communication on delivery status.

• Assistance with any issues that may arise during shipping, such as delays or customs holds.

9. Production Monitoring

 Price: $ 980 per order

 What’s Included:

• Ongoing remote monitoring of the production process, with regular updates on progress and any potential issues.

• Verification that production timelines are being met and quality standards are maintained throughout.

• Immediate intervention and communication with the supplier if problems are detected.

• Final pre-shipment check to ensure everything is ready for delivery.

Commission Only Based Pricing (For Repeating Orders from the existing customers)

• Orders under $ 20,000: 16% commission

• Orders between $ 20,001 - $65,000: 12% commission

• Orders over $ 65,000: 8% commission

Note: Commission-based pricing is available for returning clients placing repeat orders for the same goods we have previously sourced. The fixed sourcing rate is waived, and only the commission fee applies.

Terms and Conditions

1. Payment Terms:

• All payments are due as per the agreed schedule, with initial deposits required for certain services.

• Final payments must be cleared before completion, unless specified otherwise.

• A written agreement will outline the scope, timeline, and cost before starting any service. Approval from the client is required.

3. Cancellation Policy:

• Written notice is required for cancellation. Fees for completed work will apply. Deposits may be non-refundable depending on the stage of the project.

4. Liability:

• HiXi China Trade Solutions is not responsible for issues beyond our control, such as supplier delays or customs hold-ups, but will work to resolve any problems efficiently.
